Longmont (CO) Completes Citywide Wi-Fi Deployment
Kite Networks, a wireless subsidiary of MobilePro Corp., has completed the initial phase of its Wi-Fi deployment for Longmont, Colorado. The the Wi-Fi mesh network, covering approximately 22 square miles of Longmont, was completed in less than 90 days.

US: Broadband Not Always Full Speed Ahead
The United States still lags behind many countries when it comes to broadband speeds and prices. In 2005, it ranked sixth globally on a price-per-kilobit basis, according to the International Telecommunications Union.
