Panel will include selected case studies presentations and a discussion among panelists followed by a 30' Q&A session.

Brainstorm Workshop The audience will be broken out in 7 to 10 round tables, each with a moderator and reporter and a mix of private sector, public sector, Educators and NGO participants. Each table will be asked to brainstorm and come up with answers to the following three questions. - Which areas of intervention should Local Government address?
- Which types of field implementation and collaboration work best?
- What are the top 3 success factors and top 3 challenges for local Digital Inclusion projects?
