        A panel of local government and community leaders will discuss, based on their experience, how projects and collaborations have been initiated and succeeded in the following areas:
        • Underserved areas connectivity
        • Socio-economic inclusion
        • Disabilities & special needs
        • Age and gender IT literacy gaps
        • Training and skills development

        Panel will include selected case studies presentations and a discussion among panelists followed by a 30' Q&A session.

          The audience will be broken out in 7 to 10 round tables, each with a moderator and reporter and a mix of private sector, public sector, Educators and NGO participants. Each table will be asked to brainstorm and come up with answers to the following three questions.
          1. Which areas of intervention should Local Government address?
          2. Which types of field implementation and collaboration work best?
          3. What are the top 3 success factors and top 3 challenges for local Digital Inclusion projects?
